The past two days have seen some very warm weather along with a severe storm passing through on Thursday with very high winds. Fish action on that day was very poor, did manage a few decent fish before the storm forced us off the water. Friday's action picked up somewhat as we located walleye in various locations, mostly in deeper water over rocky bottom. Jigs and minnows, fathead and muds both worked the same but the funny part was most every fish was caught with dead sticking methods a foot off the bottom, no jigging method what so ever. Makes ya wonder what the heck is going on down there. All 7 of our keepers were boated with is method.
