    Default Going to be Hot!

Fishing lost land and teal lakes on the week of the 4th. Looks like its going to be hot. Wondering on some tactics for what looks to be a tough week of fishing. I like teal and have been doing good there from year to year. Just looking for some advice so i can get a few. Some new beds on teal last year, lots of fish cruising around those beds. Wondering, they still there? As a whole how do the lakes look. Getting excited! Any tips would be great. Thanks, michael

    Michael,
Teal is looking good, weeds are great there. panfish are still in the shallows along with the bass. muskies are too. if the hot weather continues, I would concentrate on fishing more in the morning and evening, and taking a break during the heat of the day. hope this helps you out.

    Good luck,

The sad thing is, is that we fish in the middle of the day most of the time. Late sleepers, but fish til the mosquitos kick us off. I like lost land but been having really good luck on teal. appreciate the advice thanks
