The Kings and Rainbows are biting pretty good some fish in the upper twentys being caught regularly. Leadcores, coppers, Dipsys and Downriggers doing good with Howie Flys and assorted dodgers. Heading out this afternoon and tommorrow all day should be a blast.
Have all new Daiwa Saltist 40 & 50LW reels on board which should make landing the big ones allot easier. The 50LW is a great reel with its large capasity can handle 10 colors of leadcore or 300ft. of copper with ease and plenty of 50lb. Power Pro backing(900fT.) to handle andy fish.
The Bass are inbetween bedding and off but the fishing has been real good in shallow water.
Walleyes are still on the bite alittle different then last year but we are still wacking allot of them in the 2-5lb/ range. I am using crawler harnesses but some of my friends are doing well on crank baits. 10-25ft. of water has been good unless wind blown then try shallow.
Good Luck
Capt. Fritz
