    Default June 19th Report

Water temps are rising quickly....almost too quick.

SMB's are finishing up on the beds, just in time to get off before the kill season starts Saturday.

Walleyes.....mayflies are hatching on several lakes.....stay off of those if possible....Twin, Big St. are a couple that I've noticed.

Still catching them on redtails on the deep lakes, however they did show interest in leeches...crawler will soon follow in. Deep weeds and 20 to 25' rock bars are working for me. Had a couple of real nice catches early in the week.

Muskies.....seeing plenty of fish, and some real dandies....the larger lakes are experiencing a shallow bite...3 to 8' of water...they are starting to go on the bigger blades(cowgirl's and cowgirl jrs)....other lakes that have a bowl type basin are seeing a good suspended bite...bulldawgs, kickin' minnows, etc are working 10 to 12' down.

    here's my wife's fish.
