Just got in off the water from a great couple of days. Last night my client limited out on walleye and he caught a couple of nice fat ones that were over the 21 inch mark. Today I guided a couple of Texans and one of them caught three nice pike for the pan as a bonus to catching his first musky, a nice 40-41 inch fish. His boat partner also hooked his first musky at the side of the boat but the little guy thrashed like mad and escaped. This evening I took them out for some walleye and goggleye action and they caught quite a mess of fish and kept 7 eyes.

Heard one of the other guides on the lake had a bad morning with only one walleye in the boat. I would guess all the mayflies that hatched last night had something to do with it. The big gills and crappie continue to go strong as water temps were in the 62-65 degree range today. Walleye are holding in 12-20 feet and the panfish are in the shallow weeds. Hope this covers most folks questions...needs to hit the sheets!
