Clearfork Wed-Thurs, 20-21st
Wednesday the 20th I fished from 4:30 to sunset. The lake is in great shape. I forgot about the Wed night Bass league, there was a Bass boat on every weedbed. I had action from 3 fish casting, hooked a good one and it got off on a jump. I was 1 for 2 trolling, got a 33.5" in the boat.
Thursday the 21st. Maurice drove his motorcycle up to the lake and fished with me from 4:30 to sunset. We didn't get any action casting at all. Started trolling and we had action right away. We were 4 for 5 on AC shiners. Maurice had a 38.5", 33.5" and lost a heavy fish. I got 2, 36" and 36". The floating weeds are terrible, you have to clean the lines all the time.
Hope you can get to Clearfork for this long weekend coming up, the lake is in prime shape and the Muskies are active.
