Default If you are thinking about a St. Croix rod.........

Jim Bortz and I ordered a few rods this week and the ship dates for most rods are running 5-9 weeks after the order date. If you are thinking about ORDERING a rod from the Park Falls, WI center, you better pull the trigger if you are hoping to use it by this summer. (The musky rods in the (7'6"-8'6") range are taking the longest.)

St. Croix has been flooded with rod orders since early-March. The main reason (other than the fact they are some of the best rods on the planet) is that other companies are having difficulty keeping "extra" rods available during the slowing economic downturn or have stop production all together until their restructuring process has been completed.
