White Bass are starting!
Kay and I went on the river below the "Pete" dam this morning. Started at 9:05 and at 10:50 we were out of minnows and the livewell had thirty nice white bass, one crappie and one nice keeper eye. We had another dozen or so "shorties".
The white bass are soaking in brine getting ready for pickling this week.
Keep a tight line!!!

where is the closest boat rental to the petenwell damn if there is any? rates?
