    Default Where are the Bluegills?

I really don't have an idea as to why the bluegill fishing has been so bad this year. Willow Creek, Mendota Cty, Marshall, Pheasant by and large stunk. In years past, the first day it hit 70 after ice out those places were black with pannies. I'm starting to think it's not going to happen this year (at least the early season creek and harbor fishing).

They have been doing good on the Monona bay triangle for medium sized gills i caught my bag limit at Babcock park on lake waubesa for 2 week straight 2 years ago and haven't caught much since then bluegills are strange when you find them they will be hot for a couple weeks and then vanish 24 hours later and not come back thick in that spot for years sometimes
