Fishing continues to be really good in New London. Had 10 drifting with minnow and crawlers today. All post spawn males, the good eaters. Fishing between 10-15fow using a 1/4oz jig.

Also the white bass are starting to run. With predicted warm weather tomorrow it should be a really good bite. Using spinners and small crank baits.

Well, finally put the gun down and did a little fishing last week. Was out Thursday and Friday and picked up some eyes each time out. Thrusday managed 7 keepers along with 25 or so 8-12inchers. Friday ended up keeping 10 from 16-20". Drifting deeper stretches with 1/4oz jig and minnow. Make sure to have a stinger hook on, because some days the fish were biting really light and only getting hooked by the stinger.

The fish are there, but some days they can be pretty tighted lipped!!

    Good Luck
