    Default Barbee and Tippy Closed by the DNR

    The DNR has closed off Tippy and the Barbee Chain to all boating as of today.

    Water is still very high and waters are in horrible shape....

    Again...I really hate mother nature at times!

    I was out in my kayak looking for my paddle boat and noticed all the lakes sooooooooo stained!!! Last year it took a month for the water to go down. I hope it goes faster this time.

    has the water crested yet? it was bad real bad!

    As far as I know It crested on Sunday.
    Only prob is they are expecting rain tomorrow.

    These levels are now falling, but very slowly. Hopefully, very little rain falls today and tonight.
