    Smile I'm still here!

I still check the board here every once in a while and since everyone has been behaving then I just took a longer break from it. Still here and hanging just under the radar. LOL!

Still here? You were gone? You mean you missed those brilliant flashes of insight into the world of muskie fishing that I have shared with the world on this board? Well of all the.....

Okay then, guess I'll just have to start over. Let's see.....how long have you been gone Ice....never mind, don't worry, I'll go way back several years just to be safe....

August 23, 1985 "Okay guys, I've got this weird wicked idea that muskies may like these big giant bucktails with huge blades that are ridiculous to reel in. I'm thinking of calling them BIG WHIRLEE BIRDIES....what do you guys think? Yeah, your right, it's a pretty stupid idea, what was I thinking. That's right up there with the comment I made last week that mullets would be out of style in 5 years. No way was I thinking clearly there."

April 4, 1987 "Hey guys, wouldn't it be cool if we could somehow connect all our commodore 64's together and then we could type messages to each other about fishing and stuff. That would be cool wouldn't it? And we could even maybe sell our lures and stuff in an auction type format to each other. I think I would probably call it the interdanet... Get it? Cause that's what I'm always tellin da muskies...."get inter da net"....ba dum bump....Anyway, awesome idea, but obviously wouldn't work, what with all the wires and tubes that would be involved."

January 11, 1989 "Hey guys, I've been thinking of a really solid idea....what if we could take a video camera and put it on a rope and video tape fish UNDER THE WATER....cool beans huh....we could even somehow tape it on the beta machine even and watch it at home! Maybe not as cool as watching Top Gun for the 72nd time again, but it's hard to beat Maverick taking out them migs! "

June 14, 1994 "Hey guys, I think there is some pretty good fishing in this lake called Webster, but hey, keep it to yourselves, I think we could have a good run here, but the fish will probably run out after a while."

Well, that's enough for now, but I'll get you up to speed in no time Mike. Obviously, you probably have a lot you need to catch up on. But that's what we're here for, aren't we?

    Toad

P.S. Seriously though, the mullet was cool, I think I'm gonna grow mine back starting now.

What's up Ice? Are you challenging us not to behave correctly? You know some of us are very good at that.

Mack, Dude it was last fall on Webster when we last spoke. Not 2 years ago. I know, I know having kids can alter one's perception of time. Now you need to stop having kids or you'll start thinking your 65 and ready for retirement. LOL!

Toad, About your thread, I just want to comment that...................never mind. Your still pretty friggin funny no matter what time of day it is.

Raw Fish, Let the games begin my friend. No just kidding. I'll still be here lurking around the corner.

Off to the Indy Boat Sport and Travel Show now. Last day of the show and it has been a good one. I'll be up north often this year.

Keep it real fellas and if your at the show then stop by and say "Hey". I'm at Chris Walkers booth just under the 300 Aisle sign in the Blue Ribbon Pavilion. You can't miss it. The booth and displays look AWESOME!

    Gota run!

Yeah Ice, I remember chatting with you briefly last year out on the water...for..all of 15 minutes.

What I meant was, it's been a while since we've hung out or wet a line together. It's been since before you had the twins and we had our 2nd child.

    My...how time flies...

Me? I'm done having kids. We're two and done. Now it's time to raise those two up as fishermen! We got Reese started on fishing two summers ago. This will be her third summer fishin' for the gills. We'll start Creed this summer.

By the way...we've also since moved. We no longer live south of you. We're not too far from you still with our new place...

    We gotta catch up sometime!

Yeah, it seems like it has been forever since I even saw Mike.....who is MIke, by the way? Weird, I probably should have laid off the stuff back in college. Seriously, though, nice seeing you at the bsts, hopefully we can get out sometime. I haven't forgotten about the drawing though, I've been doing some sketches, I'll get you something you will like.

Oh, check out that Mr. Shad I showed you on the youtube, which is much more attractive than my video on youporn, I should say....don't go there. Pay no attention to the fishes tail, it got loose and cockeyed, so I fixed that and it runs smooth now.
