    Default ice fishing walleye question

    coming up to the area and might try the TFF, any general area tip would be great. also what areas to stay away from in terms of ice conditions.

    although fishing gets fairly slow this las weekend of season. try rock structure whether it be points, bars, reefs, or what ever. the shallower the better (in my experience) ive cought big walleyes where there are just a few inches of water below the ice. but water is low so be careful. also large flats around structure, (rocks weeds, etc.)
