Icy Morning

My buddy and i went out this morning and landed 3 skies total, 2 him, 1 myself. 30,32 and 34 all from 10 to 11:30am using live shiners. Smallest had no fight but it's nice when even in this cold water to see the other 2 having no interest whatsoever coming into shore and put up a really good fight. Going to try and get out again later if i have time. Be careful out there and if you are heading out today take a buddy so you can keep an eye on each other in all the ice. Really tough to walk around and it looks like no launching today without a lot of kitty litter or anti skid.

I was thinking the EXACT same thing this morning.....especially being the one who had to bust up the launch ramp just to get a boat in the water. We had some serious ice where I live this morning. Glad it was not a guide day!
