    Default Turnover 2009?

I know it's very hard to predict, but when does turnover usually occur on Eagle? I know you can always find water that isn't turning, but I'd rather not have to run all over to find it. Looking to plan a 2nd trip up to AML in 2009 with the guys, not worried too much about the weater, but would rather not stretch all the way into October if possible.

    Thoughts?

    howdy andrew!!
always good to hear from you and spend time with you.
although turnover is not a major problem for us,actually some of our guests repeat year after year during it and have boated some tremendous fish, however if you want to stay away from it and don't want to go into oct for post turnover periods i wuold look at 1st-2nd week of sept.
pre turnover always produces some exceptional fish for all species especially big muskys, walleyes, and lakers.
typically good, temperate weather,no bugs, kids back at school with a real fishing camp atmosphere, and a great time.
if you're thinking of bringing a group up give me a shout and i'll work out some group rates for you.
    would be a blast!!
    take care and happy holidays,
    herbie
