    Default River levels will continue…….

to be high this week as Kinzua releases 2.5 inches of rain from last week. We are planning to hit the river hard this month but would like the levels to drop a little. River temps are slowly climbing but we haven’t had the big WARM rains that really help jump start fish activity.

It will finally feel like Spring around here this week. Hopefully, we survive the onslaught of people coming to view the eclipse tomorrow.

    Good luck and stay tuned!

We planned on fishing both days this weekend but decided to cancel based on the forecast…….especially the wind. Fly fishing and big winds do not go well together.

River levels have been all over the place!

The river is super high and the Reservoir is 17 feet (not inches) above summer pool at the moment. There is a whole lotta water that needs to drain with more rain in the forecast.

It is really looking like another weekend with no river fishing.

    Stay tuned and good luck!

We had more rain last nite. The Kinzua gate discharge forecast says very high water for the next several days.
