As we fished thru another cold front, I was a little surprised that Matt hooked his first (and nice) purebred musky yesterday. It didn’t surprise me to watch the fish shake-off and take the bulldawg tail with her after the first set of head shakes. We may have had another deep follow flash-off at the boat but the sun was so bright that I can’t be sure.

Low, clear water and another day of sunny skies for us again today. We’ll keep the same game plan as yesterday and see what happens.

Water temps are in the 49-51 degree range.

Good luck and stay tuned!
