We had some challenging conditions yesterday to say the least. During the 3rd hour, Rob had a good fish blow up on his lure just as he began his retrieve. We could not tell if it was a big pike or a musky. Nonetheless, the net stayed dry and we quit just before the skies let loose around 2:30.

We decided to wait until later this morning before tackling this crazy cold front. Even though we had a mild winter, the river temps are still cooler than normal.

Good luck and stay tuned!
