Thread: TFF Update

    Default TFF Update

Walleye action has been slow for some anglers while others have been doing fairly well. Although shoreline can produce some decent eyes, others are doing well by drifting and vertical jigging jigs tipped with 1/2 crawler or minnows in 3 to 8 foot of water over heavy wooded areas. Another method that works good is drifting with an in-line spinner , both methods work well. Crappies are starting to move in the shallows so that's good news for crappie anglers.

Hey Don, when using a in-line spinner, what color blade and beads seem to be doing the best. And are you rigging them with a minnow or piece of crawler? You showed us this productive technique many years ago while fishing with you. Thanks!
