Went out to the TFF yesterday to put a few walleye on our dinner plates and found out quickly that the shallow bite that we've had since opening day was not happening, hardly a ripple on the surface and quickly rising temps moved the eyes to deeper water. Moving to deeper water, I finally found a jackpot of fish hugging a rocky shelf 1n 18 foot of water that dropped to 25 foot, here, I boated over a dozen eyes on Invasion jigs tipped with mud minnows. Kept 3 nice eyes and headed home, fish fry this evening with added shrimp. YUMMY

Trip tomorrow if it isn't storming, will keep you posted.
