We worked around the largest bait schools we could find as well as a few traditional Fall hangout spots but never got the net wet. We did not see a musky all day while casting the gin clear water of Tionesta Lake. We did manage a little sunburn for our efforts.

Water temps ranged between 41.5 and 47 depending on location.

We are waiting to see what the river level will be for Thursday’s musky hunt as we may need to slide back down to Tionesta as our Plan B. It has been a tough year down there for my boat.

Good luck and stay tuned!
