We knew the river conditions were going to be challenging but we did some musky hunting on Sunday. We did a poor job of musky ‘finding’ as we did not move any Esox whatsoever and decided to quit a little early. Water temps were in the 66-68 range depending on location.

We saw several tournament boats in the Warren area as they were looking for cleaner water in which to fish. The musky and walleye bite seemed to suffer the most during this latest high water period.

We will be back at it next weekend but the target species is TBA.

Good luck and stay tuned!
