Default February Openings (or lack thereof)

My much needed shoulder surgery was moved back to 2/2 due to the pandemic. So, I will not be climbing into my boat until early March, hopefully. Late-February is usually a crap shoot (weather-wise) up here in Siberia anyway. Hopefully, this will not cause any inconvenience for anyone.

Good Luck, stay safe and keep enjoying this mild winter!

Surgery went much better than expected yesterday. Damage wasn’t as bad as initially thought via MRI. Just tons of bone spurs and severe bursitis. Back in the boat by 3/1 (a.k.a the beginning of the second part of winter here in Siberia) for sure.

    Good luck and stay safe!

Hey Red. Glad to hear that the surgery went well. Hope that means you will be ready to roll once things start to get going. The way the weather has been, it could be a little while. At least for us "fair-weather" folks that is. HaHa Good luck in 2021!!

Thanks, Jay and the same to you! I could probably get out there right now but would only run the trolling motor and would be afraid to net a fish. Like you said, I will have no problem waiting a few more weeks for this weather to perk up and basketball to (hopefully) finish the season. Take care man!
