The muskies did a great job staying away from our presentations but we did net 2 nice pike as consolation prizes. We saw 0 muskies in 8.5 hours of fishing. The river was rising (temporarily) the past 2 days and it was kinda strange seeing a little more water move thru the area. Water temps holding in the 58-61 degree range as well. Again, very little surface activity and very little visible bait. The slow-ish fishing continues for our boat but things should start popping anytime now.

Back to work for another week before the Columbus Day weekend arrives.

Stay tuned and good luck!
