The 4 of us set sail yesterday looking to put a musky or 3 in the net. The fellas fished hard and we moved 2 pretty hot fish with the last fish (on the last spot) simply miss-hitting the bait during the 8. Both fish appeared to be in the low-40’s range. We downsized our baits because it just did not feel fishy yesterday. Cool dry air and very little shallow bait for most of the day. Water temps are still dropping pretty quickly especially with the low outflow coming thru the gates. Lots of floating weeds/grass too.

3 of us will chase muskies again today. I think we will fish a different section of river today.

Stay tuned and good luck!
