Fishing action this past week wasn't what I would call action packed, but enough fish were caught to make everyone happy. Walleyes have been relating to deeper wood, 12 to 16 foot and are being caught on Invasion jigs tipped with mixed bait, fatheads, muds, chubs, shiners, and dace. We also caught a good number of eyes in deep 20 depths with rocky/boulder bottom. Not much of a shallow bite except for panfish and smallies. Perch, crappies, and gills are all starting to move into the shallows and are on a good bite, slipped bobbers and a light jig tipped with medium size minnows or a two inch piece of crawler are both producing. Check out the shallow weeds or downed trees for your best results.

No trips planned for awhile due to death in my family.
