    Default 7/15 Walleye-Bass Hunt

We had a very good multi-species morning today between 6 and 11am. Even though we fished for 5 hours, 95% of our action happened between 6 and 9:30. 4 walleye between 17.5 and 24.5, 5 decent smallies and 1 respectful pike fell victim to our offerings. Brian lost a VERY solid walleye at the boat after several headshakes.....it likely would have been the largest of the day. It was the first time in 2019 that the river was close to normal levels.

We will do the same program tomorrow morning with the hopes of stacking a few more fish in their “to go” box.

    Good luck and stay tuned!

    Default 7/15 Walleye Bass Hunt

I was looking to get the Bass pro Walleye Angler rods for trolling harnesses. Anyone use these and have any feedback? Are they worth it? Thanks.

I haven't used a BP rod for a number of years but they were a solid choice back then. Plus, a pretty nice warranty on them as well.
