Mondays walleye action once again remained on the good side as fairly strong NW winds were whipping up some good size whitecaps. My two guests and I got bounced around some as we worked shallow wind blown shorelines with Invasion jigs tipped with either minnows or 1/2 crawler and found many willing eyes and jumbo perch lurking in as little as 2 foot along weed edges and log jams. Our half day trip ended with 9 nice eyes with a mix of jumbo perch not to mention several smaller eyes released.

Back out today, will keep you posted.
