I went out on "Pete" for a few hours this morning and poked around on some channel edges from mid-lake and south. Soaked dead rods with large fat-heads, and tried for some gills with red worms. The water was a bit dirty to the north, and a lot of algae south along the dike. The bite was good early, but really slowed after the wind picked up out of the south east. Finished at 10:30 with 4 "keepers", 4 crappies, a bunch of "shorties", 1 blue gill, 6 white bass, and 4 sheep's head.
Keep a tight line!!!
