We spent the morning shift just trying to get a rod bent and we did OK. Tis the season for short striking fish, low water and a growing population of 2-3 inch minnows flooding the market. Water temps in the low to mid 70’s South of Warren.

I am taking the day off today but will be chasing river muskies Monday morning, Chautauqua muskies on Tuesday then back to river muskies for Wednesday and possibly Thursday before heading to Michigan Friday morning.

We are finally getting some rain here this morning so hopefully my yard begins turning green-ish again soon!
