("NO FISH NO PAY, GUARANTEED")

Day 1. (yesterday)

Great clients who enjoy great fishing. Polite, laughing, joking all day long, wanting to learn and having fun. These guys were awesome as they caught and released many fish and kept a few for the frying pan.

All our fish were spawned out. Some were milking but those were the small males. Lots of fish caught and released. The current areas produced the best. A standard jig and minnow was the best and probably will be for daytime fishing for the next few weeks. Several Crappie were also caught. All fish on minnows.

Water temps are rising quickly with the bright sunny sky's of the last few days. Many reports of quality catches have been reported all over the north. Even warmer temps are forecast for Monday and Tuesday and then a cool front is moving in.

I also will be reporting on other county boards this spring as we follow the bite.

As always, stay positive, think clearly and do not listen to negative talk.

God Bless

John Andrew
