Rich and Tracy booked a morning trip on "The Rock" for today. We launched at the State Park ramp by the Buckhorn Bridge at 7 and worked some channel edges and submerged wood for a time without much success. We moved near the bridge where the current is flowing quite fast and the bite was hot for a couple of hours then started to slow by late morning. We boated about a dozen and a half walleyes, and they kept 2 for supper this evening, Rich also caught 1 nice small mouth bass. Most fish came on the dead rods close to bottom, only a few on the jigs today. The ramp is in good shape, and no problem launching. Water level is still down 18 inches and rising very slowly.

Keep a tight line!!!
