Ray from Janesville booked a morning trip along with his nephew Mike and Mike's wife Chris on "Pete" for today. A lot of light fluffy snow on top of the ice, and really slippery if you don't have creepers on. Mike and Chris have never ice fished before so it was a new experience, especially seeing Chris is from Louisiana. We worked jigs and spoons tipped with minnows along a channel edge in 20 feet of water and iced 7 crappies, 1 white bass, and 1 keeper walleye. We lost a lot of fish at the hole and had a ton of lookers that wouldn’t commit.

Keep a tight line!!! Jerry
