A late report from Friday the 13th. I must say it wasn't a bad luck day for Chief and Mike. The water is starting to cool down and the fall bite is in motion. We jigged and soaked dead rods tipped with fat-heads and a chunk of crawler along the buoy line all morning. We went through 7 dozen minnows, and 2 dozen crawlers broken into thirds and ran out of bait by noon. We boated between 50-75 walleyes, with 1 being a "keeper", and many 14 3/4 - 14 7/8, 2 crappies, 1 was 14 1/2, 2 blue gill, 1 perch, and 6 nice big white bass.

Keep a tight line!!!

Jerry
