Unseasonably warm weather has kept the Muskies shallower than you would typically find them this time of year. Shallow weeds and rocks are still holding Muskies for now, as the water temps continue to drop the fish will start to move deeper but we still may be a week or two away from that. Jerk baits and twin 10 buck tails are getting the best results for artificials, suckers are also getting some action and will continue to get better as we get into late fall. Surface temps are in the mid 50's still by afternoon, sometimes higher than that on the sunny days. Fish activity will continue to increase as water temperatures fall. Good Luck!!
