Humans just always seem to find new and creative ways to alter our environment. It sure seems that anti-depressants are here to stay, so it might be a good idea for additional filtration/treatment of our waste waters before being re-introduced. Clean, fresh water is a rarity as it is, even for humans. Too many cases across the planet involving contaminated waters destroying ecosytems. We have the knowledge and technology to treat waters upstream. Could be quite a project to try and figure something out for compounds that are already in a system.
