John from Adams booked a morning trip on "Pete" for today. He has a pontoon berthed at the Lure and wanted to learn a few spots to take his wife and grand kids so they can bobber fish for anything. We jigged and soaked dead rods early for walleye and wound up on top of a school of white bass. When you put the jig in the water and opened the bail it wouldn't even make it to the bottom and you had one on. We kept six big ones for a meal for him and his wife. We got the light action rods out and tried for panfish along the buoy line. We ended the morning with the 6 white bass, over 20 "shorties", 6 blue gill, 4 perch, 1 cat, and about a dozen sheep's head.

Keep a tight line!!!
