Last few days have once again seen scattered action from all species, no pattern what so ever so lots of moving around is needed. What has been a great spot in certain conditions leaves you high and dry, move on to another. Yesterday was an example of that as my guests and I worked such an area and not a bite, moved a couple of hundred yards and bingo, found them, and all mixed together. Walleye, smallmouth and jumbo perch were all tucked into the same weedy bay and on a good bite. Using 1/16th ounce weedless Invasion jigs tipped with 1/2 crawler, we boated a good number of smallies and jumbo perch but on a sour note only one good keeper eye was in there with them, still a good catch for a few hours out.

Back out through the weekend, will keep you posted.
