Unseasonably cool weather continues for at least a few more days anyway and the pattern for the Musky fishing should stay about the same as it has been since the initial cool down. Action has slowed a bit from my last report but there are still plenty of fish moving. Jerk baits and twitch baits have been best, but anything you can fish with a pause somewhere in the retrieve should work. I've been concentrating mostly on weeds in the Mercer area lakes and getting your lure close to or fishing right through the cover is what it takes to get the fish to come out. Looks like next weekend we may get some warm temperatures back and the fish should jump into a more traditional summer pattern. Good Luck!!
