Marv from Reedsburg booked a morning trip on "Pete" Thursday. We launched at The park on the east side and headed over to Longview to do some jigging, but the wind was blowing in really hard, and with 2' plus swells it was hard to keep contact with the bottom, let alone feel the bite. We headed south along the buoy line to find some smoother water and soaked dead rods and jigged, then switched to cranks along the break. Finished with a bunch of "shorties, 1 "keeper", 2 pike, and the usual cats, sheep's head, and white bass. Everything was released.

Keep a tight line!!!
