Boy what a turnaround of walleye action on Sunday. With storms lurking in the west and a good SW wind blowing, my 2 guests and I found the walleyes on a very good bite. Using both Reeves or Invasion jigs tipped with either 1/2 crawler or large fatheads, we found the eyes in anywhere from 4 to 10 ft deep over and around heavy wood. In a little less than 2 hours of fishing we had our eyes and also lost a good
amount before we headed back to their cottage to beat the storm that was moving in. Both fatheads and crawlers worked equally well. Right after loading the boat, the sky's opened up, wasn't too much later it was hailing, boy what a day.

Back out today, will keep you posted.
