Lance from Rome, Wi booked another morning trip on "Pete" for today. He again wanted to find some GPS locations so when he goes out on his pontoon he some knowledge of where to start. The last time he was out with me we marked spots near Monroe Park. Today we spent the first two hours marking some humps on the main lake and submerged wood on the west side. After getting about 75 more spots we got out the dead rods and jig rods tipped with minnows and worked slowly along the west shore channel edge. The "shorties" were everywhere, and hungry! In three hours we boated at least 40-50, along with 1 in the slot just shy of 28 inches. Many times we had 2 or three on at a once, and lost a bunch. We also had 1 lower 20's channel cat.

Keep a tight line!!!
