TFF Update

Finally a change in the weather as the winds switched from north to south on Tuesday and that got the bigger fish on the move. My guest and I started out drifting shallow mud flats trailing slip bobbers with 1/16th ounce Reeves weedless jigs tipped with either 1/2 crawler or fatheads and also casting light jigs with our spare rods. This method paid off as we boated some very hefty eyes from this area along with a bonus of several big jumbo perch. Action packed day for the most part as we also missed many fish and lost others at boatside. No doubt heading back there this morning, will keep you posted.
