Matt booked a four hour trip Monday for himself, his son Tom, and Tom's friend Drew on "The Rock". With all the recent rains the water is really dirty, and there is a lot of floating grass and debris, along with a few whole trees. We started out jigging large fat-heads in the channel around submerged wood. Boated some "shorties", and 1 "keeper". Switched to trolling cranks to close-out the day and finished with the 1 "keeper", 11 "shorties, 4 white bass, 2 small mouth, and 2 sheep's head. Water temp was 51 when we launched at 8 am, and climbed to 53.4 by the time we left at noon. DNR crew were finishing up putting new bumpers on the pier and said it will be installed on Wednesday.

Keep a tight line!!!
