    Default Spring 2016 Observations

A lot of migratory waterfowl have been staging on the TFF before heading to Canada. A pair of cormorants decided to take residence on the Lake Bastine area. This is unusual as they are typically only found on the south end of Beaver Flats.

Loons are looking for mates with their calls throughout the night.

    No hummingbird sightings yet.

Default We have twin hummingbirds in our nest on the deck of our papio here in Phoenix.

They are 5 days old and the size of a small navy bean covered with fuzz.
