After seeing/hooking 3 to 4 fish over 50 this year......

we finally put one of them in the boat yesterday! High water, high winds,(and plenty of floating leaves) plus a pretty slow Fall bite made for a pretty tough weekend of fishing. My crew did a mixed bag of fish over 2 days and grinded out some beautiful walleye and bass before this gal decided to eat.

We did very exact measurements so Dave could get a replica made of his first 50.

51.5 x 24 was the most accurate measurement I could come up with using a soft tape and bump board.

We started downsizing our musky stuff a bit to match their 'mood' and it has been paying off somewhat. It was a very strange October and hopefully things heat up for November.
