We fished eight hours yesterday in some great weather and managed to catch two nice fish. The first was a 41 inch fish on a quick set rig. That was Dan's first muskie ever. It didn't put up much of a fight. Probably because one of the guys in the group lost two suckers there earlier in the day so it was a little full. A couple of hours after catching that fish, we caught a 44 1/2" fish on a cowgirl. That fish was in a foot of water right under a dock. If you've fished the chip lately you know how shallow most docks are with the low water. Water temperature is still hovering around 60 degrees.
