Mark and Glenn from Edgerton, Wisconsin booked a morning trip for today. We launched at 6 am by the Buckhorn Bridge and started the day in the Little Yellow again. Boated 1 crappie and a bunch of "shorties", the headed out on the lake for some jigging. The weatherman missed on his forecast again, as he was calling for no rain till about noon. The wind picked up out of the south about 15 mph at about 9 am and the rain started. Boat control was a little tough jigging so we headed over to the south shore by the Boy Scout Camp and set-up for trolling. Neither one of the guys ever trolled before so using planer boards was a totally new experience for them We troll as far as the Dirty Turtle before we picked up and headed in. They didn't bring rain gear along so they were ready to call it quits for the day. We end with 24 "shorties", 9 white bass, and 2 crappies.

Keep a tight line!!!
