We have a good prespawn bite going right now on Lake Francis Case near Chamberlain SD. The ice is completely gone the boat ramps are open in town and up at the Dam . Lots of very fat walleyes in the 1 to 3lbs range are being taken in our guide boats with a few larger fish showing up every day. You can use a jig and minnow vertical or in shallow water cast away from the boat and slowly retrive back.
Plugs on leadcore also work very well in deeper water. The best bite seems to be from the white river area up to the town of chamberlain. Still have openings throughout the summer so give us a call for a fishing trip of a lifetime.

see you on the river
