Hi everyone,

Guided Dave and his wife Kathy for a full day yesterday. The weather was beautiful with mostly sunny skies and a West wind ushering in warm air temps into the 80's. Water temps were at 73 in the morning and warmed up to 76 by afternoon. Great day for water skiing and tubing with lots of boats out doing just that.

With all the boats buzzing around us, we still managed a good day of fishing. It was better in the A.M. but still action till late afternoon. At days end we boated walleyes, perch, and bluegills. We worked over the deep wood with lead-free jigs tipped with leeches and slip bobber rigs tipped with leeches. After the dust settled, Dave had caught his biggest walleye ever and we had two bags of fillets for them to take home. The bag of walleyes fillets was bigger then the bag of bluegill fillets so some good fish frys in their future. I'm booked for the rest of July but do have openings in August. Give me a call to book your day to bag some walleye dinners for your future. Good luck fishing everyone.
